With over 270 destinations across the globe, our businesses not only bring people together but also support the prosperity of the regions in which we operate.
The safety of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, and every colleague has a unique opportunity to contribute as we help families, businesses and cargo connect around the world.
We are ambitious for our airports, investing in the infrastructure our airports need to grow beyond pre-pandemic levels over the coming years. We are always on the lookout for new ways we can add value for customers as they travel, as well as seeking opportunities to work smarter and collaborate more.
We’re all here on a journey ourselves, striving every day to help make air travel smoother, more seamless, connecting more people and goods with the world. As a team, we recognise the importance of what we do, supporting one another along the way. Together, we are the Journey Makers.

The Business Analyst Role:

Working with Business and Technology stakeholders, you’ll identify and understand Business issues and needs; define and shape technology change projects and programmes and support delivery; test and service transition as well as contributing to the realisation of business benefits. You’ll be helping to solve problems for our business by identifying process, data, technology and people requirements to digitize our passenger journey, improve aircraft turnaround times, optimize colleague experiences and drive efficiencies across our group. You’ll also work closely with solution architects, product and project managers to deliver outcomes end to end, whether that be system, process or data changes. You’ll be responsible for deploying change for key technology products and projects in order for them to be successfully embedded in the business, whilst always ensuring technology change is aligned to both Technology and Business Strategy, and is in service of MAG’s vision ‘to be the premier airport services and management company’.

What will make you a successful Business Analyst?:

It’s a given that you’ll have strong oral, written and presentation skills, alongside the ability to pull data from various sources to support solving business problems, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time, and ideally across both agile and waterfall methodologies. BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis / a Project Management and/or Business Change qualification would be great to have but not essential.

What can we offer in return?
Great benefits as you would expect from a business the size of MAG – in the shape of a competitive salary, bonus scheme and benefits package including 11% company contribution pension, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, free parking, subsidised public transport, and a huge range of company discounts.
