Salary: Unpaid, voluntary

General Information
Sweet ‘Art was founded in 2012 as an independent arts organisation, promoting artists at all stages of their career through site-specific pop-up exhibitions and events. One of the Co Directors of Sweet 'Art is assisting an artist with a large-scale solo exhibition of work spanning his 2-decade career.
We are looking for volunteers to support us with this exciting exhibition. If you love contemporary art, music, pop culture and are keen to support an artist from the LGBTQ+ community, we promise to provide a fun and friendly project.
Applicants need have no prior experience of working in an art gallery, but need a strong desire to learn and develop, and willingness to get involved!
Between 17-23 July 2022, volunteers will be asked to attend in-person to the gallery in Bermondsey. Here, you will have the opportunity to assist with the logistical and practical elements of organising and installing visual art exhibitions as well as in-person engagement with our visitors.
