Are you skilled at helping different business areas understand the opportunities for improvement in their processes?
You will, alongside the wider Change & IT team, help Longhurst Group deliver high quality outcomes that meet business needs. This role will shape, develop, and own the end-to-end business solutions, business analysis activities, and the development and management of business requirements to deliver the benefits identified across planned projects and changes. This role is offered on a 2 year fixed term basis.
Do you have demonstrable knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and processes, experience of defining and mapping business processes, affecting change and delivering innovative solutions and experience & ability to create and maintain technical documentation including requirements documentation and process models?

2 year fixed term role, 36.25hrs per week, working hybrid, whether from home, one of our geographical offices (Boston, Rushden) or locations across the Midlands and the East of England to ensure that you support your team, our colleagues, and our customers.
