Sitting within the Scottish Widows Brand, the new Colleague Lab has been set up as part of the Business & Technology Enablers Platform (B&TE) and our aim is to drive forward changes which make life easier for not only our Customers but to also our Colleagues.
This role will be helping our Online conversations team in gaining an understanding on how we can help drive the implementation of new online messaging platforms to our customers using our website and online servicing platform (including self-serve within secure site).
We are looking for people who are excited about being part of a new and dynamic Platform, that are willing to challenge the norm on what is currently seen as 'Go To' processes within our Operations, and help change the way our Colleagues serve our customers support our Lab Goal of:
"Relentlessly focusing on creating a scalable operating model that dramatically improves colleague and customer experience"
Role Requirements:
- Analyse key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identify possible impacts on the business.
- Clear understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques and their practical application
- Development and documenting of 'as is' and 'to be' process models
- A desire to learn and ask the difficult questions
- Identify underlying business needs to be addressed, reviewed and ensure requirements will resolve the defined business problem.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of Agile delivery methods and passion to support the further introduction of Agile techniques.
Key Attributes:
- A dynamic and adaptable individual who is able to use and learn new skills in varying circumstances.
- Experience of gathering and analysing requirements and information using comprehensive tools and techniques. Using standard tools such as Jira/Confluence
- A natural facilitator and decision-maker, enabling teamwork across different business teams.
- Analytical problem solver.
- Demonstrate the ability to work at a detailed level.
- Ability to influence positively when demonstrating the Group’s values and behaviours.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
