Your opportunity
  • Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to define business requirements and translate into technical requirements.
  • Analyze system capabilities, data sources, and workflows to understand functional limitations.
  • Document complex interactions that are understandable by both business and technical resources to assure shared understanding
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously with skill, attention to detail, persistence, and a focus on results.
  • Participate in technical design, estimation and implementation planning sessions as a business SME consolidating decision making and feedback
  • Assist in business Change Management activities, including facilitating required meetings, obtaining sign-off of acceptance criteria and managing to implementation
  • Reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements, and distinguish solution ideas from business needs to package business stories for technical implementation
  • Oversee technical implementation teams, including vendors and peers.
  • Provide status updates on the progress of completed requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Execute UAT testing on completed requirements
  • Support and train others on new technology features and enhancements.
  • Oversee risks and issues effectively with timely escalation to Product Owners and/or Delivery Managers.
  • Coordinate release management communications.
  • Continually seek opportunities to improve implementation and training on marketing technology.
  • Analyze metrics on implementation and utilization of key marketing technology platforms

Must have skills

  • Experience of leading the analysis process through the full project life cycle, incl: gathering requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, presenting demos to the business, implementation & sign off
  • A delivery focused approach and attitude, and strength in managing and leading change
  • A strong, analytical mind and are comfortable working on complex problems
  • A strong teammate – you take a collegiate approach to work, circulating important information and contributing to team discussion
  • A problem solver - analyzing and understanding complex issues and problems and able to identify practical and pragmatic solutions
