Business Analyst - Supply Chain
Gousto continues to grow and our supply chain needs to scale accordingly. We have an opportunity to build a distinctive supply chain, building on Gousto’s many unique characteristics.
We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst. It is a role for an ambitious curious analytical problem solver, who wants to operate in a high growth, high ambition, high care environment such as Gousto.
The role will be focused on optimisation / strategic initiatives, such as reducing food waste, improving our service level, or thinking about our supply chain of the future. You will work closely with our Supply Chain Operations team, enabling them to deliver on these initiatives by providing them with the right level of insight, data visibility and tooling where required.

Flexible Location - we offer remote working with the expectation of weekly presence at UK offices and sites. Our HQ is in London and we have Factories and Fulfilment Centres across the UK.
Skills, knowledge and experience:
- STEM graduate, Engineering or similar
- Passion for innovation with structure and collaboration
- Strong in structured problem solving
- Strong analytical skillset (advanced Excel/Gsheets, SQL, PowerBI)
- Eager to learn, curious, optimistic, humble
- Enjoys team work, can build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Thrilled by high growth high innovation environment
Nice to haves:
- 2-4 years experience in consulting / tech / retail / e-commerce
