Overview of Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is knowledgeable on evolving trends in data who can build our Analysis capabilities to assist our ongoing growth at FinTrU.

This role can be based at any of our FinTrU office locations, with flexible Hybrid working.

Job Details
You will have a critical role working with our stakeholders to analyse and understand requirements from the business regarding data needs and visualisations to support processes automation or insights needed to make decisions.
Your experience as a Business Analyst allows you to translate these requirements into a delivery pipeline for our Engineers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of current and emerging needs of our stakeholders
  • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders to execute on our long-term strategy
  • Working in multi-disciplinary Technology teams
  • Analysis of current Business problems and Documentation of needs
  • Completing Analysis and contributing to holistic solutions
  • Managing a cross team product/portfolio backlog
  • Owning requirements and specification of 'definition of ready' through to ‘done’
  • Finding smart, strategic solutions to problems
  • Contribute to best practices and processes
  • Drive your own professional development and help others succeed in their professional development
  • Contribute to the growth of FinTrU Technology

Skills/Experience:
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • A passion about using data to improve & inform business decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with working in Agile environment
  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar role
  • Azure DevOps or Jira experience
  • Team player and quick learner
