# We are looking for a Business Analyst. Do you think you have what it takes?

FFW has a freelance opportunity available, for a Business Analyst (technical background). The selected candidate will work in a project with our partner, a major US company from the pharma industry.

The ideal candidate has several years of experience in a similar role, is motivated, self-started, with a positive attitude.

This is a freelance / contract role, 100% remote, full-time (40 hours / week). For this role, you should be able to work on the US East Coast time zone (EST).

The contract duration is of 1 year.

About the team:

Rosalind is the platform that manages the customer data that our partner collects from its integrated websites, mobile apps and marketing platforms. We have a range of traditional MarTech as well as journey orchestration, channel and analytics tools. Our platform has evolved over 8 years to send millions of emails and manage billions of analytics events.
Our mission is to change how customer data is managed, from fragmented implementations to a coherent customer-data ecosystem of services dedicated to the collection and management of profiles and consents. Our goal is to improve customer experience and especially to improve patient outcomes through intelligent, inventive and compliant use of data collected as people interact with our client’s customer-facing systems and assets.

Our team is named after Rosalind Franklin, an English chemist and X-ray crystallographer whose work was central to the understanding of the molecular structures of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid), RNA (ribonucleic acid), viruses, coal, and graphite. We chose Rosalind as our muse to remind us of our work to make the invisible visible and help others discover the previously unknown by leveraging our data structures and services. The name also signals our team commitment to accomplishment through a careful focus on the work, and as a reminder of our commitment to recognize and value of the contributions of everyone.

Role Summary:

The BA will join a team that owns two key services:
  • Journey Orchestration – Maintain our JO capability on Thunderhead and continue to work with marketing colleagues on experiments that teach us how better to use it and how we can adopt this more widely. Work with other teams to assess the Adobe suite of JO tools and make decisions / build plans for whether we migrate to this new tooling.
  • Customer Experience Management (CXM) – Continue to integrate Medallia CXM services with Rosalind’s core data and work to scale operations as surveys and touchpoints become a core part of our global market effort. Closing the Loop and getting feedback is critical to our success and to become a data driven marketing organization.
