Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for collecting, developing, analysing, documenting, and communicating information needs and requirements.
Main duties

— Eliciting high-level and detailed business requirements

— As-is and To-be process modelling
— Gap analysis
— Support the scoping of the project or initiative.
— Accountability and ownership for Business Analysis activities and deliverables.
— Accountability for managing changes to BA artefact's during the project.
— Ensuring requirements drive the selection, design, and review of test cases, processes, change requests, project scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
— Participate in the execution of test activities, including business support for UAT.
— Work with other teams to ensure the project delivery is aligned with the strategic business and technical architecture.
— Ensuring that the objectives and requirements are understood and impact analysis conducted.
— Adapt to different methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
— Build rapport with key stakeholders and business users.
— Able to manage own time to best support the project's priorities.
— Develop resource and project plans in conjunction with the project manager.

Relevant experience
Essential
- Proven End to End Business Analysis Experience with successfully delivered projects in the Lloyds and London company Insurance markets
- Proven track record of building relationships, managing stakeholders and communicating at all levels.
Desirable
- At least 3 years in a Business Analysis role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
