About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a digital transformation consultancy delivering cutting-edge solutions, leading to healthier and more sustainable and secure world.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience
Location: Mostly remote working with some flexibility to work from their Manchester office or on client site when required.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements,
- Provide strategic recommendations based on analysis and findings to support the client's digital transformation initiatives.
- Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and other agile artifacts to communicate requirements.
- Work with researchers, designers, and developers to ensure the user-centric design and development of digital products and services,
Skill Set:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs, define requirements, and propose suitable solutions,
- Experience following Agile delivery methodology such as Scrum or Kanban
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
