We are looking for a Business Analyst who has experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central. The Business Analyst will be responsible for administering and supporting our internal CRM and Business Central systems, which are used to manage our customer relationships, sales pipeline, inventory, and accounting. The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to identify areas where technology can improve business processes and help the organization achieve its goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving business processes and outcomes using data-driven insights.

What you’ll do:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various sources and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and own relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
- Create functional specifications and design documents.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications and modules.
- Conduct user acceptance tests and quality assurance.
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
- Communicate key insights and findings to the Operations and Sales teams.
- Define reporting and alerting requirements.
- Create Power BI reports based on the requirements of our internal teams, such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Provide training and support to end users and administrators.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
What you’ll bring:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably with Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Business Central.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing is a plus, but not required
- A certificate from Microsoft or a recognized training provider is a plus.
- A strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized with Dynamics 365 solutions.
- A good knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, including its modules, features, and integrations.
