Job Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will work with EOS management to help devise new or enhanced systems and work processes, designed to reduce or eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve the firm's competitive market position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Defining the detailed requirements in support of meeting a projects' key objectives, in line with the agreed critical success factors
- Analyzing current processes, systems and other elements to define the current state "as-is" model
- Identifying improvements to the current state model in support of the agreed requirements, including conducting cost/benefit analysis
- Defining, designing and documenting the future "to-be" state in the form of a detailed design
- Creation of test and transition plans
- Act as the lead on small-medium sized projects, formulating a project delivery plan and reporting project status to key stakeholders
- Communicating the new solution to team members including other analysts, developers and end user
- Assessment of processes to provide insight into automation & improvement
- Liaising and working with teams from around the business to create solution's to a common problem
- Analysing business data and determining trends
- Business process management and mapping
Qualifications/Experience:
Essential
- Relevant degree or diploma in a business analysis, IT or related discipline OR 3+ years hands on business analysis experience with customer facing solutions.
Desired
- 3+ years hands on solution design experience
- Experience delivering sustained process improvement
- Knowledge and exposure to analysis techniques
