As a Change Practitioner within our NSE ServiceNow Product Team, you are responsible for driving and implementing organisation change within the Grow and Run squads of the NSE ServiceNow Product Team by drawing from a range of toolkits and methodologies.

The successful candidate will have practical experience working with and delivering for multi-disciplinary teams, and building change journeys by identifying changes, impacts, and user needs, creating, and delivering training.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and inform key stakeholders throughout the change process.
  • Build training and communication packs to successfully embed change in the target business area.
  • Draw from a range of change toolkits and methodologies to implement digital change smoothly and effectively within the target organisational area.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Implement change management strategy within the Grow & Run squads of the NSE ServiceNow Product Team including:
o Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement.
o Conduct change impact analysis.
o Facilitate leadership engagement and alignment.
o Conduct readiness assessment.
o Collaborate on communications and training plans and materials.
o Track adoption, report metrics, risks and issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Support business areas who are new to ServiceNow with general orientation on how the tool works overall before training on the specifics of the new service built for them.
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.

Essentials:

  • Demonstrated experience in a professional/client services capacity, emphasizing development/management skills in the following areas: organizational change management, communication, training, learning, and general business analysis.
  • Experience in identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
  • Understanding of organizational design and change management processes and proven application of change management methodologies and principles (e.g., Prosci, Kotter)
  • Experience in organizational change management skills, e.g. stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops, and executing organizational change plans
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and ways of working
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships negotiate, influence, and manage others
  • Creative problem-solver; sees the value in active brainstorming and collaborative innovation
  • Ideally a familiarity with one or more modules of ServiceNow.

Desirable:

  • Industry certifications that include one of more of the following: APMG Change Practitioner, Prosci Change Management Practitioner (PROSCI), ITIL Managing Professional,
  • Experience of leading geographically dispersed teams, recognising importance of understanding cultural differences in building a one team approach.

Personal independence
