Salary: Up to £45,000 DoE
Location: Sheffield with Hybrid Working
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30
Key Responsibilities :
- Apply your knowledge of CRM to help the business define better stories.
- Work with stakeholders at all levels of the business: Agents, Managers, PM through to Directors.
- Improve your soft skills as you interact with many parts of the business.
- Focus on solving problems through innovation and careful thought.
- Work closely with Developers and QA on delivering valuable working software.
- Help stakeholders break down work, through story mapping.
- Work with JIRA and the Atlassian tool chain.
- Contribute to the development of the business’ technology platform.
- Be involved in the delivery of multiple projects to various business streams.
- Gain extensive experience on different products and services offered.
- Own and enhance current business analyst processes with the Head of Software.
- Groom the BAU backlog and ensure the work is coming into the teams in the right format.
- Producing reports on findings and presenting to groups when necessary.
- Experience gathering requirements and defining development work items is required.
- Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst is desirable.
- Experience of Story Mapping and vertically slicing requirements into smaller pieces of work that can deliver business value quickly.
- Bachelors or master’s in computer science, Business or related subject, or significant industry experience.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is desirable.
- T-SQL experience highly desirable.
