Job Description

• To assist with the creation, configuration, population and testing of a new Financial System (Aladdin) Permissions Library. System design for the development of the supporting application and related processes.

Duties

The Role will Undertake-

• Assisting with enhancements to the requirements definition of the supporting library application
• Developing and documenting the workflow process around new and changed permissions, functionality, and applications.
• Researching, consolidating and verifying permission information in preparation for loading into the new application
• Creating and executing test scenarios on the new application
• Developing training materials for the new application

Skills

• Basic understanding of the Investment Management process
• Ability to digest existing application permission information (IAM Background) , ask questions, extract additional more detailed information resident experts in the development and business teams
• Ability to collate and document the detailed permission information and understanding acquired.
• Ability to document and design workflow processes
• Microsoft Office products - Excel, Word, Outlook
• SQL is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
