Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us in the Projects & Change team who are accountable for a broad range of projects and change initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a department who will be at the forefront of the forthcoming merger with UBS.


  • Business requirements gathering: You will be responsible for understanding the business requirements of various stakeholders, including internal business units, external clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Analysis and documentation: You will analyse and document business processes, workflows, and data requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • User acceptance testing: You will work closely with business units and technology teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are fully tested before they are released.
  • Stakeholder management: You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including business units, technology teams, and senior management, to ensure that business requirements are understood and addressed.
  • Continuous improvement: You will continuously seek ways to improve processes and systems and make recommendations to senior management based on your analysis and insights.

Reporting to the Head of Projects & Change, you will join a team of Business Analysts responsible for a diverse portfolio of projects and BAU initiatives. This key position in the team requires a can-do attitude and the ability to share your knowledge and expertise with team members and to wider stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

We are looking from someone with:


  • A good understanding of Private Bank/Wealth Management industry, processes, and risks
  • Previous analyst experience, interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and create reports to support decision-making
  • Experience ensuring that changes to systems and processes are managed, communicated effectively, and implemented smoothly
  • Project Management/Business Analysis qualifications preferred but not essential
  • Used to working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including business units, technology teams, and senior management, to ensure that business requirements are understood and addressed
  • Appreciation of Agile methodology and principles
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, including those related to data privacy, security, and financial reporting
