A bit about the role...
As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying growth opportunities to drive innovation and maximize profitability. You'll be a key player in bringing our vision to life by supporting our teams in delivering flawlessly executed campaigns and promotions. Here are some key activities you'll be involved in: you will be a critical member of our team, delivering impactful and innovative technology solutions that support business growth and improve the customer experience
Key Responsibilities.
- Requirements gathering and analysis: working with stakeholders to understand their business needs and developing requirements specifications that drive technology solutions.
- Stakeholder management: Communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical, to build relationships and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Solution design and development: working with technology teams to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements, including process design and system specifications.
- Testing and validation: Ensuring that solutions are tested and validated to meet business requirements.
- Supporting the wider project activity with planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery management. There may be opportunities to take the lead on delivering some projects
