Outbound Sales Specialist (Full Time)
£30,000 per year + commission
Hybrid Working (3 Days work from home. Wednesday & Friday Office Based)

Your Role:
In this exciting position as an Outbound Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving the outbound sales strategy and making it happen. As a proactive and engaging professional, you'll use your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with potential customers and show them the unique value of the software. By working closely with the account managers, you'll help make the transition from prospect to loyal customer seamless. Your innovative thinking and strategic approach to outbound sales will help achieve unparalleled success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the outbound sales efforts by identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Utilise Lead Generation Tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot & Apollo to drive lead generation.
- Coordinate meetings with prospects and work closely with the Account Managers to convert leads into clients.
- Develop, Implement and refine sales strategies and processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years' proven experience of success in an outbound sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
- A self-starter mindset, ready to take initiative and comfortable with high levels of autonomy.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Experience selling office services or events is desirable.
