We are seeking a results-oriented team player, who is passionate about building software products that deliver value to customers. You will be responsible for analyzing and planning product integrations. The best candidate will be able to (i) work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA leads, Designers and Clients to execute software development projects, (ii) analyze product customer enhancement requests, and (iii) develop comprehensive BRD’s & Epics for each major feature that is built.

Responsibilities:
- Technically analyze incoming customer enhancement requests. Decipher their place within our existing software products to determine integration points and assist in designing a strategy for product incorporation.
- A key contributor to the agile product development process including breaking down epics into user stories, maintaining a refined backlog, prioritizing stories into sprints and actively participating in retrospectives with the goal of flawless execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross functional teams to write functional product requirements for UI/UX Designers and Engineers, author Business Requirements Documents [BRDs] for product enhancements and translate those to clearly defined epics & user stories.
- Manage the release process for product enhancements, tracking timelines, expected deliveries, and communicating with stakeholders from start to finish.
- Assist with identifying customer pain points, goals, and asks; translate their aspirations into product ideas, and prioritize product ideas based on the user engagement and business metrics impact.
- Provide support to Account Management, Sales and Marketing with up-to-date documentation, assets and demos.
- Analyze competitive products, features and market trends in order to help roadmap development. Make recommendations regarding product features and enhancements to ensure ongoing viability of products and emerging usability and technology trends.
- Dig into data, understand user behavior, feature adoption rate, customer performance metrics and create both internal and external facing KPI reports.
- Position may include other duties as determined by the company.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2 years or more as a Business Analyst or a Product Owner in a software development organization
- 2 years or more of software coding or DBA experience
- Experience with the agile software development process
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and screen mockup tools
- Proven project management skills to work with cross-functional groups to get things done on time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
- Knowledge of the real estate industry a bonus

Salary Range:
The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $64,000.00 – $96,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation:
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
