Business Analyst- Contracting Opportunities (6 months, Inside IR35)
Location – Homebased – ad hoc travel to Skipton Office

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our forward thinking and dynamic Change function This role can be based anywhere within the UK, however there will be a requirement to visit our Skipton office if required.
We can offer a variety of exciting opportunities in a role that will allow you to get involved in some exciting projects, as part of our Business Change function within Computershare Loan Services.
A role you will love
We have a vast and diverse portfolio of change projects, and we are looking for you to come and collate, shape, and manage requirements from our stakeholders. Developing robust proposals that provide solutions that meet our requirements and following these through to successful implementation will be the critical part of your role.
Being focused on compliance and governance whilst maintaining a low-risk appetite is essential to performing successfully not only in your role but our business. You will ensure that the development of solution proposals and option papers are fully approved to allow the decisions that are made are effective and in-line with our strategic objectives. The same approach also stands when you are looking at development and approval for any estimates for implementation.
As a B2B organisation, most of what we do has client impact and therefore it is imperative that any changes to our Business Process Framework because of minor or major change are fully documented and accurate. This is so that as a business we understand and know how we are obliged to service our clients and its customers.
What will you bring to the role?
Ultimately, we are looking for proven Business Analysts who can demonstrate capability in the standard BA skills, methods, and techniques.
As a fast-paced organisation no two days are the same, therefore we are looking for you to be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, get to grips with complex projects/data and add value to us by seeing the ‘bigger picture’ and driving continuous improvement in not just what you do but what we do.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships will come naturally to you and you should be able to evidence your ability to operate at all levels across the business, with clients and 3rd parties. Equally, you will have strong negotiation and influencing skills and won’t be afraid to challenge the status quo when needed.
Key skills and experience required:
- Requirements gathering and interpretation
- Data analysis
- Customer journey and process mapping
- Ability to plan and facilitate workshops
- Experience of end-to-end business change projects
- Financial Services experience, particularly Mortgage knowledge is of benefit
- BA qualification e.g., ISEB/IIBA an advantage
- Excellent organisational skills and able to manage conflicting demands
- Self-motivated but able to work collaboratively as part of a team
