The Opportunity
Our consultancy team continues to grow and we are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our thriving Business Agility service working with a public sector judicial organisation looking to support the decommissioning of legacy IT applications, including migration, archiving and deletion of data. You will assess and analyse existing business processes, identify gaps in business functionality and reform delivery/scope.
About you
You must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Know how to collaborate with user researchers and can represent users internally. You’ll understand the difference between user needs and the desires of the user.
- Have a good understanding of large and complex projects.
- Be able to analyse large amounts of complex data and use it to produce solutions.
- Able to model advanced and complex situations across more than one business function or programme. Know how to gather insight from senior stakeholders and communicate modelling results clearly.
- Experienced Workshop Facilitator
- Have experience influencing stakeholder and managing relationships effectively.
- Know how to lead on requirements analysis and take responsibility for the investigation and implementation of changes to programme scope.
- Hold a recognised Business Analysis qualification e.g BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, IIBA Level 3 – CBAP, BCS Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis
Ideally you will also demonstrate:
- Able to champion user research to focus on all users. Prioritise and define approaches to understand the user story, guiding others in doing so.
- Agile experience
- Target Operational Model experience
- Able to lead others to innovate in their work as well as enabling them to innovate on their own.
- Large-scale technology or digital change programme experience.
