About The Role:

CloudRock Partner are currently looking for a Business Analyst (Senior Consultant), Digital Transformation to join our Advisory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building business cases for clients, analysing data, and providing recommendations to senior management. You will have a few years of experience gained in consulting or project work and be looking to increase your exposure to clients. Having a logical approach to new challenges and being ready to explore solutions which enhance our services is key to support our continued growth.

We help clients frame their technology and people strategy for HR and Finance to achieve their desired business objectives. This may involve a review of their strategy, current operating model and processes or replacing technology. We build compelling business cases for change; and we work with current customers to measure and increase the value realised from their existing technology investment. We have partnerships with leading technology vendors such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Ceridian and ServiceNow. Our team stays connected to new and emerging topics impacting HR and Finance. We like to innovate and have built our own accelerators to use with clients.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading on discovery workshops with clients to identify their value drivers, current challenges and baseline metrics
  • Articulate what data is needed for a case for change and help clients gather and validate this information
  • Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modelling
  • Develop organisation design models to support customers
  • Develop compelling presentations for a C-level audience to support the case for change
  • Research trends and enhance our market intelligence offering
  • Build frameworks and accelerators to improve our client delivery capability
  • Build the KPI database with client proof points / benchmarks

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial modelling and projects
  • Domain experience in HR and/or Finance and keeps up with the latest thought leadership
  • Advanced Excel modelling experience
  • Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills
  • People analytics and KPIs experience
  • Strong consulting skill-set, including excellent discovery, analysis, quantitative modelling, listening, and communication skills
  • Drive and motivation to take on additional responsibilities over time

Experience using:

  • ZoHo
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • PowerBI
  • Experience with analytics for SaaS solutions such as Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors
  • Process design or optimisation
  • App / solution design or development
