We’re currently recruiting for a number of Business Analysts of all ranges and levels to join our continually growing BA community to work on a wide range of projects.

If you’re a creative, innovative, forward-thinking individual who wants to learn, grow and make a difference then you’ll fit right into our team. Our business analyst team is made up of roles of all levels including Junior, BA, Senior and Lead BAs.

Projects currently include our transformation into the cloud bringing our in-house systems onto AWS, constantly bringing new enhancements to our website and mobile app, data engineering projects, machine learning and more to come as we continue on our journey of change.

As a business analyst at CEF you will be the crucial bridge between the business and technology, the CEF BA is the driving force behind delivering tangible value through defining, scoping and investigating business problems and opportunities.

You’ll then work with our fantastic development teams to deliver the exciting projects using various methodologies including scrum, Kanban and XP.

Essential Skills:

  • Good knowledge and practical experience of performing analysis within Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Demonstrate good communication, presentation, negotiation and collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of being a business analyst
  • Experience of eliciting customer needs, breaking down complex information and turning these into meaningful deliverables
  • Stakeholder management and facilitation skills with diverse audiences

Beneficial Skills:

  • Experience of working in a B2B or B2C business
  • Recognised business analysis qualification. (E.g. BCS BA Diploma)
  • Knowledge/experience of Amazon Web Services
