Job Description:
- Responsible for managing multiple, global technology and telecom provider contracts, services, and invoices. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and a variety of database tools for tracking inventory, invoice validation details, and payment of invoices. Researching services (voice, network, and data center) provided by global suppliers. Providing updates and reports to assist Finance and Technology teams with billing reconciliation and inventory. Creating and managing purchase orders (PO) to ensure funding according to budgets and invoice processing against POs for invoice payment. Assist the team with projects as needed.:
- Strong Microsoft office knowledge including expert level Excel and database tools at intermediate level:
- Telecom and technology expense management experience:
- Ability to interpret invoices in various formats including EDI and foreign languages:
- Project Management and tracking including work effort, financial tracking, work task entries, cost savings, process efficiencies, and quality improvements:
- Working knowledge of translating contractual commitments to purchase orders, budgets and reconciling to invoices:
- NetSuite experience preferred, working knowledge of purchase order process and invoice reconciliation required:
- Exposure to, or working knowledge of expenses related to network, voice, and data centers preferred:
- Ability to understand and map processes, define, and measure process performance and metric trends:
- Self-motivator with excellent organization skills:
- Ability to work in a virtual environment, independently, and demonstrate strong leadership skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills:
- Must be able to interface with end-user business, technology customers and vendors in an effective and positive manner :
- Excel and database:

- Financial system:
- Tangoe or similar telecom expense management provider :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred:
