Job Description:
Unagi Scooters is seeking a Partner Marketing and Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, and will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic partnerships with major retailers and corporate partners. This includes managing the day-to-day relationships, ensuring high-quality representation of our brand on partner sites like bestbuy.com, amazon.com, Perks at Work, and through corporate programs like Google's employee perks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day relationships with our existing partners such as BestBuy, Google, and Perks at Work. Regular communication, troubleshooting, and reporting are key components of this responsibility.
- Brand Representation: Ensure our brand is excellently represented on partner platforms. This includes maintaining our product pages to keep them up-to-date, attractive, and accurate, and working closely with partners to ensure they actively promote our brand and products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to seamlessly integrate new partnerships into our marketing and relationship management efforts.
- Amazon Presence: Take full ownership of our brand's presence on Amazon. This includes ensuring product listings are optimized, handling customer reviews, and managing promotions and advertising on the platform.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on partnership performance, using data to identify areas of improvement and new opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer electronics industry, managing relationships with major retailers like BestBuy, Target, or similar.
- Proven track record of managing and nurturing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret partnership performance data.
- Previous experience managing a brand's presence on Amazon is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
