Business Analyst - Permanent Full Time
£45,000-£55,000pa + Bonus + Pension + Private Medical for you and family + Unlimited holiday
Hybrid + 1 day a week in the Solihull office
As a Business Analyst your role is to mitigate the risks that go hand in hand with the delivery of change, to the business and our customers. Your role is to provide a clear and accurate set of requirements and processes that are understood by development resources and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- To ensure changes are implemented on time, to budget, to quality and meet customer requirements.
- When changes are delivered, they work as expected, deliver the benefits required whilst minimising impacts on operational processes.
Experience needed:
- Critical analysis.
- Problem solving.
- Requirements definition, analysis and traceability.
- Process modelling.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Detail orientation – delivering a high level of accuracy.
