Business Analyst - London
Location
London – 5 days per week on site

As a Business Analyst you will work with our customers, our own applications and technology consultants to manage and deliver people change, providing advice and assistance so that the people are fully engaged, the project successful and the benefits delivered.
This role is a unique chance to work alongside some of the top experts in the country, on some of the largest and most complex client engagements across a variety of industry sectors.

Your Role
Responsible for leading the strategic business analysis activities across multiple programmes of work to identify strategic Business improvements and Business change opportunities that will present significant savings
Apply business analysis skills and techniques to investigate and solve a variety of complex problems, including Business Process Analysis and appropriate business architecture artefacts
Develops business modelling artefacts to drive business and technical development to ensure business needs drive strategic plans
Provide support to the architects, designers and developers in the definition of technical solutions
Assist with the estimation of timescales, resources and planning to successfully deliver a project
Be a contributor to the creation of best practices through the identification of reusable project assets
Coach and develop our people, particularly our more junior BAs and Graduate community (for more senior BA positions)
Your Profile
Fantastic consulting skills – facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, writing documents, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust, working with uncertainty, thinking on your feet! – will all be second nature to you
Experience and expertise in the application of the following organisational change elements in IT enabled change programmes:
o Initiate and facilitate communications with a diverse set of stakeholders
o Lead and manage people
o Be able to build relationships internally and externally
o Experience of influencing the decision-making process
o Strong Analytical skills with attention to detail
o Be able to make clear plans, evaluate progress and articulate appropriately to the team and stakeholders
Experience of different strategic analysis techniques sich SWOT, Pestle, Five Force Analysis- Experience of modelling techniques/notations such UML, Use cases, Entity Midels, Data ad information Models, Process Models/Swim Lane Diagrams
