Location: Hybrid from our offices in London.

  • Degree qualified with a minimum 2:1 or above classification within a Business or IT related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and other agile artifacts.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to understand business goals, requirements, and user stories.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable, and well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
  • Facilitate and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage and own client relationships, utilising your analytical skills to identify potential challenges, risks and opportunities, and provide insights to guide decision-making.
  • Work closely with developers, QA teams, and designers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and to address any questions or clarifications during development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and agile methodologies, and share insights to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
