What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Sales, Education, Legal, Finance, and Marketing team members to ensure that business requirements and client needs are appropriately incorporated into the B2B systems; e.g. Salesforce, Gong, Ironclad, Catalyst, Outreach, LeanData, people.ai, etc.
- Design high-level design and requirements to solve business problems.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design systems to meet the needs of the business.
- Apply sales quote-to-cash process knowledge to identify, vet, and develop business requirements that optimize Sales & Marketing performance.
- Work with the B2B Sales & Marketing development team and other technical resources to ensure features/functionality are developed according to business requirements.
- Help ensure that development work improves value and is aligned with overall business and product strategy.
- Work with Sales and Marketing team members to ensure successful product roll-outs and releases.
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize B2B product backlog that aligns with Sales & Marketing strategy.
- Build and maintain technical documentation of all systems under your ownership to enable seamless organizational change as we scale.
- Lean in with teammates to assist with the development of process documentation and business requirements where needed to ensure quality delivery of system improvements.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of business analyst work such as eliciting end-user requirements, detailing business processes, and requirements analysis.
- Experience in quote-to-cash processes is preferred; e.g. lead generation, lead nurture, account management, and order management.
- Experience with Agile development and user story development.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Detail-oriented and an exceptional communicator.
