Role Overview:

Working in partnership with the UK Executive team and stakeholders you will translate emerging opportunities into outstanding business and customer outcomes. You will help enable Bupa to achieve its strategy of becoming the UK's most admired healthcare company.

What you'll do:

  • Rigorously explore, analyse and ‘unpack' business plans, goals and ideas; working these into commercially sound business cases that deliver clearly defined, desirable outcomes
  • Partner effectively with stakeholders to translate these outcomes into specific objectives, and from there define detailed needs and prioritised business requirements
  • Identify sustainable solutions and create and manage optimised, efficient delivery plans
  • Act as an influential and persuasive advocate for customer interests
  • Provide critical input to the development of Bupa's digital agenda, applying a full business analysis skillset to support the transformation of our digital capabilities across online and mobile channels
  • Demonstrate excellent influencing skills and natural gravitas to drive change across the organisation

What you'll bring:

  • Evidence a background of successful Change delivery within the Healthcare and/or Financial Services industries, ideally with experience of working in e-commerce or digital environments
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of established Change and Business Analysis methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and the use of relevant systems (e.g. Jira, Confluence
  • Possess a passion for Change-led innovation, being able to identify and successfully deploy leading-edge tools and techniques to enable the business to move rapidly towards its desired future state
  • Experience in using a range of business modelling and solution design approaches to force clarity and create simplified views of complex business and commercial realities
  • Be a strong and logical problem solver, able to demonstrate a history of innovative, lateral and creative thinking, and capable of making sound pragmatic decisions
  • Be commercially focused, with an intuitive ability to design and deploy highly effective business solutions that deliver good business and customer outcomes
