Role Overview
The Business Analyst will work with business and IT stakeholders to determine the necessary target operating model and scope/business requirements for initiatives in the BG Change & Transformation portfolio. The BA will subsequently support the delivery of these initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Help define and iterate the target operating model (TOM) across the dimensions of systems, data, processes and people
- Ensure business requirements/user stories are captured and understood and are aligned with business strategy
- Be able to use a variety of techniques (e.g. workshops) to understand, document and confirm the ˜as-is' and ˜to-be' business processes (using BPMN), and to elicit and elaborate business requirements
- Support the definition of IT solution options that align with technology strategy and satisfy the business requirements
What you'll bring:
- Expert knowledge of business process analysis (including BPMN)
- Good knowledge of Agile(Scrum)
- Good knowledge of tools and techniques such as UML, Behaviour Driven Development, Kanban, MS Visio, MS Project and data modelling
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
