We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to be part of our growing Service Design Team which is transforming the way we deliver digital services. This exciting role is the ideal post for someone who has an eye for detail and wants to gain lots of experience within the modern service design world. It’s a job rich in opportunity to improve the user experience and outcomes for residents and businesses alike.
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, quick to learn, curious, good at developing strong working relationships and able to both get into the details of specific projects and see the bigger picture.
You’ll have a vision for service design as you will be working as part of the wider team of Service Designers, Content Designers and User Researchers. You’ll also have strong visual design and communication skills and along with excellent analytical skills. You will aid others in embedding the service design thinking and ethos across the Council.
You will have knowledge and experience of agile principles and not be afraid to work in a fast paced environment that thrives on change. Knowledge of Government Digital Service (GDS) Standards is preferable.
