Job description

Responsibilities:-

• Perform system changes and set up required for ensuring data integrity exists for internal and external reporting
• Maintain focus on quality deliverables and effectively manage project tasks, participate in project analysis, prepare/deliver presentations, training and provide guidance and direction to business users
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key business users and exhibit a solid understanding of basic financial concepts and practices
• Support internal and external audit for all rebates process
• Create and distribute performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Collaborative, agile mindset to drive speedy, creative and efficient use of technology and data to drive business value.
• Excellent strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making
• Experience converting unstructured information like documents into structured data and logic

Qualification:-

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration or Finance
• Minimum 2-3 years in commercial data analytics
• Structured approach to Problem solving
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Comfortable working with the functional leaders interacting closely with them
• Strong written and oral communication skill
• Proficiency in MS office tools – Excel, Power point, Power BI
• Good analytical thinking / ability to take decisions
• We expect you to be tech-savvy with curiosity to learn new tools and technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $62,072.69-$75,359.12 per year
