Job description
Responsibilities:-
- Perform system changes and set up required for ensuring data integrity exists for internal and external reporting
- Maintain focus on quality deliverables and effectively manage project tasks, participate in project analysis, prepare/deliver presentations, training and provide guidance and direction to business users
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key business users and exhibit a solid understanding of basic financial concepts and practices
- Support internal and external audit for all rebates process
- Create and distribute performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Collaborative, agile mindset to drive speedy, creative and efficient use of technology and data to drive business value.
- Excellent strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making
- Experience converting unstructured information like documents into structured data and logic
Qualification:-
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration or Finance
- Minimum 2-3 years in commercial data analytics
- Structured approach to Problem solving
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Comfortable working with the functional leaders interacting closely with them
- Strong written and oral communication skill
- Proficiency in MS office tools – Excel, Power point, Power BI
- Good analytical thinking / ability to take decisions
- We expect you to be tech-savvy with curiosity to learn new tools and technologies
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $62,072.69-$75,359.12 per year
