About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Analyst to join Avery Healthcare, which operates 100 care homes. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our healthcare operations, sales & marketing and technology systems, including Cold Harbour Income Processing, CRM, Mobile Care Management, Radar, and Exchequer finance systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, propose solutions, and ensure the effective utilisation of these systems to enhance our care delivery, sales & marketing and financial processes. The role will be based at our Northampton Group Support Centre which offers a friendly and inclusive office environment where people feel valued.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including care home managers, clinicians, and finance teams, to elicit and document detailed business requirements related to the use of technology systems.
- System Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, optimisation, and integration.
- Solution Proposals: Develop and present proposals for system enhancements, customisations, or integrations to address business needs and improve processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyse data from various systems, including Cold Harbour Income Processing, CRM, Mobile Care Management, Radar, and Exchequer finance, to extract actionable insights and inform decision-making.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, workflows, and system configurations.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the operational teams to ensure that system changes meet specified requirements and are thoroughly tested before deployment.
- User Training: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the systems to meet their daily tasks and responsibilities.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT teams and vendors for system maintenance and upgrades.
- Reporting: Develop and generate reports and dashboards from CRM, income processing, care planning, incident management and finance systems to support management reporting and decision-making.
- Compliance and Data Security: Ensure that system usage complies with healthcare regulations, including data privacy and security standards.
- £35,000 per annum

About You
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare systems and processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology systems, including Cold Harbour Income Processing, CRM, Mobile Care Management, Radar, and Exchequer finance systems, or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
