Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Identify and document processes, procedures and controls that ensure compliance with relevant security and regulatory standards.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that our organization meets security and compliance standards.
- Review policies and procedures, assess risk, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in Mergers & Acquisition activities as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience as a Security & Compliance Analyst, preferably in Mergers & Acquisition.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the California time zone, while being based in the UK.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
