Role Summary
Aubay is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with a focus on Security and Compliance and with experience in Mergers & Acquisition. In you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying and documenting processes, and working with stakeholders to ensure that our client's organization meets security and compliance standards. This position is remote, and the successful candidate must be able to work in the California time zone, while being based in the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Identify and document processes, procedures and controls that ensure compliance with relevant security and regulatory standards.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that our organization meets security and compliance standards.
- Review policies and procedures, assess risk, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in Mergers & Acquisition activities as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience as a Security & Compliance Analyst, preferably in Mergers & Acquisition.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the California time zone, while being based in the UK.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
