Arcas Technology is partnered with a leading Property Management company based in Surrey who are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their business on a permanent basis.

Role Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with evaluating and assessing current and proposed digital solutions, exploring possibilities for enhancement. You'll be responsible for gauging the effectiveness of these solutions and crafting strategies to tackle challenges and address emerging needs.

Skills:

· Proficiency in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps.

· Experience with Power BI is essential.

· Familiarity with foundational Prince 2 project management standards can contribute to successful project deliveries.

· Proficient presentation and verbal communication abilities are essential. Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or online platforms like SmartSheet is valuable.

· The role demands a patient and customer-centric approach, with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure timely and high-quality task completion.

· Comfort with industry-specific technology systems to gather insights and troubleshoot is preferred.

· Skill in managing supply chain partners is beneficial.

· A proactive and adaptable mindset is pivotal for both the department's success and this role.

· Effective prioritization and meticulous planning are central to this position, necessitating adept time management aligned with departmental KPIs.

Responsibilities:

· Establish data mappings between source and destination systems to facilitate seamless system integration.

· Interact with collaborators in the supply chain, both existing and potential, to address technical inquiries, functional concerns, and requests.

· Coordinate, strategise, and lead sessions for gathering and reviewing requirements. Communicate crucial decisions and follow-up actions.

· Scrutinise current software and hardware setups to document their functionality and efficacy comprehensively.

· Develop functional blueprints and specifications for technology-driven solutions and digital platforms.

· Collaborate with product owners, development squads, and relevant stakeholders to translate business requirements into developer-friendly guidelines.

· Provide reports on technological, strategic, and business growth undertakings, ensuring all pertinent stakeholders are well-informed.

· Maintain clear communication with stakeholders about Technology Solutions Roadmaps, development progress, and process enhancement efforts through regular interaction and input.

· Conduct quality audits at client sites to evaluate the efficacy of engagement and solutions, upholding the highest standards.

· Promote understanding of products, services, and processes by engaging appointed super users in training and awareness initiatives.

· Collaborate with the Change and Release division and Client Services teams to securely implement updates and improvements. Assume approval responsibilities for impactful live environment alterations.

· Record actions, suggestions, and activity requisites derived from stakeholder and supply chain interactions, promptly notifying Technology Solutions management about timing, costs, risks, and escalations.
