Responsibilities:
- To support the Business Owners in the production of new Business Proposals, Business Cases and Cost Benefit Analysis for respective initiatives across the Business Portfolio to which they have been assigned.
- To support the Project team in Options Reviews, RFIs and Feasibility studies
- To lead the business requirement gathering process for respective initiatives across the Business Portfolio to which they have been assigned.
- To assist and support Project Managers in the overall delivery of projects to which they have been assigned.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Analyst or similar role
(Formal qualification such as BCS Business Analysis Foundation or better)
- Experience working in Financial Services organisation, preferably the insurance sector.
- Experience working on new Business Propositions – Including supporting new Business Cases, Options Reviews and RFIs.
- The post holder must have excellent Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to identify and carry out communications strategies appropriate to the individual stakeholders.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking.
- An excellent ability to extract and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to create detailed reports and excellent presentation skills.
- The post holder must have good knowledge of a working IT Environment with an appreciation of Software Development and Systems Architecture.
