Job description
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, economics, statistics)
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and make insights from large amounts of data
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL

Key job responsibilities
- Leading complex data analysis projects to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Gathering and interpreting data from various sources to inform decision making
- Developing and implementing solutions to optimize business performance
- Creating data visualizations to communicate findings and monitor performance
- Communicating findings and recommendations to senior management through presentations and reports
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
- Assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives
- Master's degree in a related field such as business analytics, economics, or statistics
- Experience with agile methodologies, including working in Scrum or Kanban teams
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean
