Our Strategic Commercial Transformation programme called BluePrint seeks Business Analysts to join our exciting project on a 12-month fixed term contract. BluePrint is built upon the foundation of transformational changes to the Commercial Operating Model that will deliver the planned GWP, Loss Ratio and Expense Ratio benefits committed to in our strategic business plan. These changes will be delivered through a combination of process, people, organisation, and technology change that will come together to embody the new operating model. Delivery will be structured into releases formed of a number of SCRUMS and focusing on delivering a new way of working for the AXA Commercial Business. The Business Analyst will work for a Scrum Master and Product Owner to translate the vision and delivery components into detailed user stories that are clearly traceable to the key changes for the BluePrint programme. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing:
- Accurately and efficiently document business requirements / user stories in Axa's tool of choice
- Map process flows to support user stories
- Ensure programme progress, risks and issues are reported, documented, and escalated as required through appropriate governance channels
- Own and see problems through to conclusion
- Develop a deep understanding and actively contribute to the definition of the ‘to be' business and IT architecture
- Work alongside the Scrum master to ensure effective transition into new BAU operations

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Work experience in the financial services industry is mandatory
- Use of Agile methodologies is essential, a qualification in Agile would also be preferred
- Prior experience with Confluence and/or Jira
- Responsible for capturing the requirements/ epics/ user stories for an IT build
- Prior project experience implementing a CRM tool
- Involvement with data, i.e. data strategy / migration / cleansing or analysis of complex data
- Creation, co-ordination and/or testing such as UAT or BVT
