We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Administrator to take up a position within our Manchester Office. The successful candidate will be facilitating office organisation and communication by performing administrative duties.
The Role: Business Administrator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The Role
- Providing administration support including the typing of file notes, letters and other correspondence
- Completing all tasks in a timely manner, within agreed SLA’s and dealing with urgent matters as they arise
- Assisting with the preparation and sending of accounts to clients
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Interacting with clients either on the phone, in person or via email
- Answering phones and dealing with queries
- Making travel arrangements for employees
- Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
- Filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving
- Organising meetings with clients
- Providing basic PA support / Diary management including scheduling meetings, evaluating and allocating travel time and other time allocations as necessary
- Provide regular support to the partners and teams on departmental projects and reports
- Ad hoc assistance to team members as required
- Providing front of house assistance and attendance at offices as required
- Assist with the set-up of new clients, produce engagement letters and set up new files
- Continually seek opportunities to improve processes, linking with wider service line efficiency projects
- Share best practice and tips to help others in the Firm’s wider Business Administration Team work more efficiently, making best use of technology.
- Providing contingency cover across the Firm when necessary

Experience, Skills and Qualifications required
- Strong administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to listen to the needs of the business
- Good understanding of MS office (specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, Partners, colleagues and staff
- .Professional telephone and personal manner
- Able to demonstrate initiative.
- Good standard of general education in Maths and English.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Salary: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
