Want to play an integral part of coordinating our Head Office? Join us a Business Support Administrator!
Taking a lead on Information Governance and quality administration you’ll support your team of Quality and Business Support to provide high quality front of house service whilst completing administrative tasks such like minute taking, planning conferences and events and dealing with enquiries via email, phone call and face to face!
Are you…:
- An experienced administrator
Proficient with office systems and file management
Approachable and friendly with a can-do attitude
Experienced in organising, meetings, drafting agendas and taking minutes
