Job Description
General admin and Customer Service duties
Calling Tenants, Councils, Agents, and Landlords to book in properties
Be able to use Power point – to create presentations, import images etc and bullet points for presentations.
Browsing Managing Directors Emails
Assist in the Business Planning for the organization.
Assist in Setting up Business Systems for the organization.
Assist in Market Research includes sending emails and making and taking calls, researching information on internet.
Invoice and Bill Payments.
Electronic Filing and organisation.
Setting Up Files and filing in documents into the shared drive
Managing Personal Diary and Managing Directors Diary
Event Presentation Planning
Assisting in Financial Projection - Cost Analysis, Income Projection, Cashflow, Breakeven Points,
Finding good deals and offers
Sourcing out properties within the Local Housing Allowance rates on property sourcing websites
Any Other Ad Hoq Duties
Person Specification & Requirements
Looking for bubbly friendly person who can work individually and part of team Positive & Cheerful
Computer Literate – have good understanding of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, google calendar, diary, drive etc
Well spoken & Clear English excellent telephone manner.
Manage call list.
Good written communication skills.
Able to use Google calendar, diary, events manager etc.
Ambitious & Self Confident – will do - can-do attitude who can encourage fellow team members
Excellent Communicator able to negotiate and influence.
Willing to work flexible hours.

Salary: £19,523.00-£22,500.00 per year
