About the Role (Brief Overview):
A supporting role to SWARCO UK & Ireland Ltd and SWARCOUK QHSSE departments for the administration and effective operation of all QHSSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environment) management systems.
And Day to Day? …. You will be Responsible for:
- General –First point of contact and monitoring of email inbox queries and support with minute taking and distribution of minutes as required at Health & Safety committee meetings.
- Equipment – Assist in updating registers with new equipment / calibrated items, ensure appropriate records including certificates and photographs are uploaded to the IMS (information management system).
- Supplier/Sub Contractor Database – Database upload of Supply Chain Questionnaires and ongoing monitoring for expired insurances, annual questionnaires. Communication with suppliers as appropriate to gain updated information.
- KPI Dashboards – Updating Compliance KPI’s, such as; accident frequency rates, accident records, near miss, event log, fuel analysis, carbon footprint, power analysis, packaging, waste reports etc. with timely submission of key data to the QHSSE Barometer of Culture (BoC) for communication and publish to the wider company.
- Document control – Assist in documentation version control across all departments ensuring they’re in the correct SWARCO template and support in maintaining the correct version control including production and registering of new company document templates and registering and review of external documentation.
- Accident & Incident reporting – Updating the company accident and incident log and uploading supporting records following review. Monitoring the system and informing report owners of pending/overdue deadlines. Supporting the QHSSE Business Partners with closure of events.
- Peoplesafe – Management and reporting of the company lone working application Peoplesafe. issuing reports and acting as first point of contact for user support.
