The Position

  • We are seeking a confident and motivated individual to learn our Account Manager role, initially in a support role, running quotes, sending documents, basic interaction with clients supporting colleagues with the ultimate aim being to deal with their own clients and to generate their own business.
  • Supporting the Director with day to day duties for his clients, including sending quotes, documents and general admin requirements.
  • Supporting existing Account Manager team with some of the above as well.
  • Learning the sales process of the business with a view to eventually taking new enquiries from prospective new clients (generated by our website/marketing tools not cold-calling).

Desired qualifications

  • Apprentices are required to have GCSE grades A*-C/9-4 in maths & English

Training to be provided

  • Level 3 in Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard

  • Relevant regulations and policies
  • Business fundamentals
  • Professionalism and performance management
  • Functional skills if needed

This Apprenticeship will involve:

  • Off the job training
  • You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
  • You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
  • The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months
  • This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
