Job description
We are seeking a Van Driver/Yards person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience driving a variety of vehicles and be comfortable with manual transmissions. Ability to drive sideloader desirable not essential.
This position will require route driving, loading and unloading materials from our joinery factory to include components of, and stairs, windows, doors.
The successful person will be required to check all elements of the project are complete and collated for delivery with all necessary paperwork for signature.
Be able to receive deliveries to the warehouse and quality check orders, be responsible for general stores, clean up and maintenance.
Ensure materials are properly secured before transport to ensure they do not move and are protected from damage.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,028.20 per year
