Job description
We are looking to hire a Sanitising Engineer for our client based on the outskirts of Newbury. This is a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.
You will be the face of the company as the first point of contact to the customer.
Pay:
- £23,500 per annum
Responsibilities Include (Not limited to):
- Ensure the Van is well stocked with all parts and accessories required for sanitising & filter changing and equipment repairs.
- The Van needs to be kept tidy, clean and presentable.
- Keep the van serviced at the correct mileage.
- Sanitising/Filter Changes for the Pool of Water Coolers in the field, in accordance with Hygiene standards.
- Preparing Water Coolers on site.
- Plotting routes to customers in a logistical/efficient manner.
- Liaise with Sales Admin and Manager of Technical and Engineering Services on Water Cooler installations, and technical issues.
- Relay any Relevant Customer Information/Feedback to the Office.
- Ensuring Quick Efficient Despatch of Orders & Machines Changes.
- Loading Van Prior to Despatch, and ensuring Deliveries are correct against a Delivery Note.
Requirements:
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Customer Service Experience
