Van Driver Required
General Hours of work: 11am - 6pm
Monday to Friday
Abingdon Freight Forwarding Agency Limited (AFFA) is celebrating its 50th Year Anniversary and is currently expanding. We are a founder shareholder member of the Pallet-Track Network. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent and flexible all round service to our customers. Our team of drivers is key to this service.
As a Van Driver your duties will include;
- Delivery and Collection driving
- Follow the planned route and meet the time schedule
- Complete vehicle safety checks on a daily basis
- Follow driver regulations and Health & Safety standards
- Reporting directly to your Line Manager
- Report any complaints, issues or infringements as soon as they occur
- Communicate with the operations team for any collection and delivery issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers at all times.
- Provide operational assistance to the loading team when required, both prior to and after completing deliveries and collections
Forklift Training provided along with the renewal of Driver CPC Accreditation.
Annual Performance Related Bonus

Experience
- 1 year preferred
- Knowledge of the Oxfordshire area essential
- Clean licence preferred
