Job Description:

Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor who might be considering “going it alone” but still wants colleague interaction and working infrastructure?

Or somebody looking to leave the constraints of working for a larger organisation and become a “real” part of a smaller firm developing and expanding at its own speed?

If so we have an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to apply their extensive experience alongside other likeminded Surveyors in this small established Practice.

Workload is consistently busy combined with a selective nature to the quantity and type of commissions undertaken as they maintain the high quality in all that they do when delivering to their impressive Clientele.

Person Specification:

If the above is of potential interest and you have:

~ MRICS status
~ 5 years post qualification experience
~ Ability to provide a range of professional skill sets across multi project sectors
