Building Services Technician/ Maintenance Person (Full Time) United Kingdom

Salary up to 28K per year. iPhone and Travel expenses,
Working Hours Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm
We require a multi-disciplined Building Service Engineer or Maintenance Operative to undertake PPM's General repairs and Duties, reports, and remedials in the University of Leicester Area, you will need to liaise with sub-contractors and follow site protocols for health and safety.
The right candidate will Ideally come from a trade background or be able to demonstrate suitable experience in a commercial building enviroment in a maintenance role, with experience in site PPM's. Clearly written reports is an essential requirement.
A good working knowledge of an iphone will be advantageous and and ability to communicate well with our clients and the general public is essential.
Working for an SME family business based in Essex you will work remotely in the chosen area using our Live Dispatch system with the full back up of office coordinators.
This will be a rewarding role and the opportunity exists for promotion following clear demonstration of the required skill set.
The remuneration package will be based on individuals skill sets, experience and ability.
