Building Services Manager – Central London £75,000 – £80,000 + Package The Company This Building Services Manager’s role with one of the UK’s major main or’s. They have established themselves as being one the leading main or’s in the data centre and industrial sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes. The current position is for an experienced Building Services Manager to join the team to work on multiple projects within central London. The Person We are looking for a Building Services Manager who has experience of working on either new build commercial schemes. You will be responsible for the delivery of the MEP services for the scheme ensuring time, quality and budget requirements are achieved. Ensure services are delivered to project scope and programme Manage both quality assurance and quality control Client liaison and reporting Technical appraisals and compliance reviews Co-ordination with other services Risk identification, Mitigation and management Management of design information and change control Qualifications/Experience Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience Member of an industry related professional body (e.g. CIBSE, ASHRAE, IEE) Working towards MCIOB / CIBSE Strong design/estimating experience. Excellent IT skills – proficient in suite of Microsoft programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Awareness of and adherence to company policies and health and safety requirements Experience gained in complex and geographically dispersed construction or built environment businesses Ability to undertake project planning, project management and work to budgets Commitment to continual learning to refine, further develop and apply expertise to add distinctive value to the Company Experience of successfully embedding change in an organisation.
